The ability to acquire, educate and maintain high competences of the crew is becoming more and more valuable on the market today. We have experience in the field of “people / line management” – we conduct trainings, or join our client teams in the role of mentors, supervising the development of staff.
Refactoring is not only technology, but also re-mapping of business goals, user behavior with initially planned functionalities.
We work with first-class programmers practicing daily CleanCode, DDD, TDD. We are able to design a system dedicated to customer needs from scratch, or to join existing projects and refactor them step by step.
In our activities, we focus on providing value – we try to influence clients with this approach. When developing products, first of all, we focus on defining the real business goal and it is us who subordinate it to implementation – in our opinion the ability to choose appropriate changes in user behavior is more important than the implementation of a complete product backlog (or project scope).
We advise strategically in the areas of (re) building an organization, we cooperate with corporations that have very coupled processes, as well as with self-organizing start-ups. We are able to define the requirements areas (LeSS – Requirements Area) in the project structure, and select the appropriate linear structure for it (governance).
Paweł’s company was established in May 2015 to share with clients the experience and know-how gained in many projects during his professional career – both in software house and corporations. Together with a group of specialists with above-average competences, he works with clients as a mentor in a team, trainer and consultant.
